Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow extra time during busy periods (sales, holidays, or collection launches).

  • We are currently shipping to the UK only
  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days – £3.99
  • We currently do not offer express shipping. 

Deliveries are handled by trusted couriers given to you at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot control or predict these charges; please check your local customs office for more information.

Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially released or restocked. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving the item in advance of its availability.

Each pre-order product will be labelled with the estimated shipping date. 

Please note that pre-order items are subject to production and shipping timelines that may change. While we provide estimated delivery dates in good faith, delivery is not guaranteed to arrive exactly on the estimated date. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other factors outside of our control. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delays may occur.


Order Tracking

Missing, Delayed or Lost Packages

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the courier with your tracking number.
