We want you to love your Ren Cordeza pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
-Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned to us within 14 days of the return request approval.
To initiate a return:
1.Email us at info@rencordeza.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.We’ll send you a return label and instructions.
3.Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest courier location.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
-Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
-We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@rencordeza.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
